3. Account Management
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your mahong3 account. This includes:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Mahong3 supports all major local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members:
- Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
- Minimum Deposit: RM 20 per deposit transaction.
- Maximum Deposit: Subject to limits set according to your account tier and chosen payment method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
- Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within seconds to 5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to completed account verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
Mahong3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:
- Rollover Requirement: All bonuses must meet the specified rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover conditions will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at any time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts, deliberately using low-risk betting techniques to fulfil rollover requirements, or colluding across multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.

All games on mahong3 are subject to their respective rules as displayed within each game's interface. General rules that apply across all games are:
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mahong3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the member.
- Mahong3 uses a random number generator (RNG) independently certified by a third-party body to ensure the fairness of all slots and table games.
